Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our Wix booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Payments are securely processed through Wix’s payment system. We also accept payments via bank transfer. If you choose this option, we will send an invoice with payment details. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling More than 48 hours' notice: You may reschedule or cancel your session for a full credit towards a future session. Less than 48 hours' notice: The session will be charged in full, and no refunds will be available. However, if a session is available that week for rescheduling, the Tuition by Teachers team will reach out to offer an alternative slot. If no alternative session is available that week, unfortunately, no refund or rescheduling will be possible. If Tuition by Teachers needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled session. 3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals If you do not attend your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be added. 4. Technology & Online Sessions Ensure you have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment (e.g., laptop, webcam, microphone) before your session starts. If technical difficulties occur on the client’s side, the session will not be rescheduled or refunded. If technical issues arise on our side, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost. 5. Group Sessions & Memberships Group session bookings are non-refundable. If you miss a group session, a recording may be provided where possible, but no make-up sessions will be available. Memberships and subscription-based services are billed monthly. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. 6.
